Babbitt bearing bushing, finished product QPb25-5

QPb25-5 is a multi-component copper alloy with copper as the matrix, containing 25% lead and 5% tin. It is produced by centrifugal casting, resulting in a microstructure that features finely dispersed free‑lead phases and tin‑based solid‑solution strengthening phases. This alloy exhibits excellent friction‑reducing properties, anti‑seizure performance, and corrosion resistance. Under boundary lubrication conditions, the lead phase forms a microscopic lubricating film, significantly lowering the coefficient of friction and endowing the bearing liner with superior self‑lubrication and anti‑adhesive capabilities, making it particularly suitable for high‑speed, heavily loaded operating conditions in the chemical industry where stable oil films are difficult to establish. The addition of tin refines the grain structure, enhancing the alloy’s strength and fatigue resistance, thereby effectively extending the service life of the bearing liner under cyclic loading. Moreover, this material demonstrates outstanding resistance to sulfuric acid, dilute hydrochloric acid, and various organic solvents, providing long‑term protection against corrosive chemical media and ensuring dimensional accuracy and mating stability in pumps, compressors, agitators, and other chemical‑process equipment. It is precisely the synergistic effect of its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and self‑lubricating characteristics that makes QPb25‑5 bearing liners an ideal choice for replacing vulnerable components in industries such as chemical fibers and fine chemicals, while improving the continuous operational reliability of equipment and substantially reducing the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance.

Bushing QPb15-7

This product is specifically designed for Austrian VOESTALPINE die‑casting machines. It has undergone preliminary machining and is now in the finishing stage, ready for final assembly. The material used is high‑lead bronze QPb15‑7 (containing 15% lead and 7% tin), a grade commonly employed in European die‑casting equipment. This alloy offers excellent resistance to galling, superior friction‑reducing and wear‑resistant properties, and outstanding fatigue strength. Under heavy‑load and high‑temperature operating conditions, it maintains dimensional stability, thereby effectively extending equipment maintenance intervals.

Bushing 3QPb15-7

Our company has custom‑manufactured CuPb15Sn7 high‑lead tin bronze bushings for Voestalpine of Austria, featuring embedded graphite lubrication points. These bushings combine self‑lubrication with exceptional wear resistance, and are specifically designed for critical components of large die‑casting machines. They effectively reduce frictional losses, extend equipment maintenance intervals, and meet the demands of high‑load, continuous operating conditions.

Bushing 2QPb15-7

Die‑casting machine bushings (QPb15‑7) manufactured as part of the production support for Austria’s Voestalpine, a wholly state‑owned enterprise. This batch has completed all finishing operations and is now in finished‑product condition. The scene is at the packaging and shipping area: after passing final dimensional and visual inspections, the bushings are undergoing rust‑preventive treatment and being packed into custom‑made wooden crates, ready for shipment to Austria. The image clearly captures the orderly arrangement of finished parts, poised for boxing, with each item rigorously compliant with Voestalpine’s technical specifications to ensure delivery quality. This photograph is an on‑site record of the production‑to‑delivery process, demonstrating our company’s capability to precisely control the machining of precision components.

Marine Filter ZL107

This product is manufactured from ZL107 (ZAlSi7Cu4), an aluminum–silicon–copper cast alloy. The material is heat‑treatable and, after T6 solution‑aging treatment, achieves a tensile strength exceeding 275 MPa and a hardness of up to 100 HBS, with mechanical properties markedly superior to those of other cast aluminum alloys such as ZL104. The alloy exhibits excellent gas tightness, weldability, and machinability, making it particularly well suited for producing marine components that must withstand moderate loads while meeting stringent sealing requirements. Following T6 heat treatment, the microstructure is refined, further enhancing its overall mechanical performance. The filter features a compact design with uniform wall thickness, a dense casting structure, and high dimensional accuracy, thereby ensuring reliable filtration performance and long‑term operational stability in shipboard lubrication and fuel‑system pipelines. This product is widely used for contaminant filtration in marine diesel engine lubrication and fuel systems.
